4.Few things that helped - Handling the unavoidable

After spending sometime with my condition I found a way to live with it.

Would love to share few things that helped me while going through this condition:
  • Do what you like and enjoy doing 
  • Talk out every emotion with a constant person 
  • Friends :)
  • Take a break from office 
  • Watch your favorite series or movies 
  • Take your medicines on time 
  • Gradually start exercising 
  • Take baby steps to improve your metabolism  
  • Stop overthinking 
  • Count 10 when you lose control :)

That was my small attempt to help ladies with similar health conditions.
